Course Objective

The aim of the course is to give information about the regulations, associations and developments related to international business law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Have information about the issues to be considered before international commercial contracts are made.
2   Gains knowledge of the issues that need to be considered legally in international commercial contracts.
3   Gains knowledge of the types of contracts in the field of international trade.
4   Gains knowledge of the consequences of specifying the law to be applied in international commercial contracts.
5   Gains knowledge of ways to resolve disputes arising from international commercial contracts.
