Course Objective

Issues related to international private law have become very important in the European Union legal system at the present time. Especially in EU Law, there are many Regulations that contain rules of conflict of laws and rules of international procedural law and these Regulations often affect the Turkish international private and procedural law. The aim of the course is to give information about this subject and to guide students who want to work in this field.

3   To be able to express information about European Union corporate law,
4   To be able to explain the historical development of European Union private international law,
5   To determine the scope of private international law.
