Course Objective

Protection of competition under EU competition law regulations, authorities and conceptual understanding in this regard.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learn the terminology of EU competition law.
2   Interpretation of the agreements relating to the system of EU competition law.
3   AB establish a connection between the free movement of goods compete with the acquis.
4   EU Law and the restriction of competition, abuse of dominant position.
5   Interpretation of the rules of Member States maintaining competition.
6   Comprehend the principles of competition law to the European Union sanctions.
7   Seminar presentations can be made.
