To teach legal essentials of guarantee and protection of fundamental rights and freedoms in EU Law

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to have a full knowledge of the area of fundamental rights and their protection .
2   To be able to express of legal structure about protection of fundamental rights and freedoms at the level of Europe.
3   To be able to classify gurantees and protection fields of fundamental rights in EU.
4   To be able to express protection of fundamental rights at the level of Europe.
5   To be able to state judicial remedies about protection of fundamental rights.
