Emphasizing importance of human capital and exposing needs of human capital development stratejies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to analysis human capital towards approach human development.
2   To be able to discuss satate of underdeveloped and developing economies acording to human capital deposit.
3   To be able to evaluate importance of underdeveloped economies acording to human capital theory.
4   To be able to analyse human capital role in the knowledge society.
5   To be able to learn human resources what should have characteristic.

2 Features of concept of human capital acording to microecenomic and microeconomic aspects.

4 Approaches related with the human capital theories, PSACHAROPOULOS approach
