Course Objective

Investigating ecological issues and examining artists' work in this regard; identify photographic projects that increase the awareness of ecological problems; to develop creative strategies in ecology using photographic art; social, environmental, ecology and art related to the relationship between the text and photo projects are aimed to produce.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. The awareness of the environmental problems threatening nature and society today,
2   2. To be able to do research on ecology and transform this knowledge into an artistic production model,
3   3. Being able to work individually or as a team in ecology and photography projects,
4   4. Supporting the work of the researcher with the specialists of the branches such as environmental sciences, geography, biology,
5   5. It is expected that the student will be able to produce a report on ecology and contemporary photography.

4 4.week: Corporate ecological efforts and art. Continuing artistic projects of "Artists in Conversation with Nature in Cities" supported by the Nature of the Cities Foundation.
5 5.week: The role of photography in the age of ecological crisis Study: Environmental issues with the eyes of photo agencies
