Course Objective

Most of the human diseases cause morphologic changes at tissue levels. These changes result from molecular events which are the basic slybus of this course. Inflamation, tissue injury, regeneration and neoplasia are the phenomens related with many diseases. To understand molecular pathological events will help to understand pathogenesis of the diseases.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understand histopathological basis of the disease
2   Understand molecularl basis of the disease
3   Have expertise in the theoretical basis of pathology laboratory practices
4   Synthesize the knowledge on molecular phenomens related to human disease
5   Demonstrate skills in laboratory work related to molecular anatomic pathology.
