Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide an insight into the theoretical and current problems of creativity, based on the historical developments in plastic arts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student is expected to gain knowledge in issues regarding art and its definition
2   Understand the evolution of principles and criteria constituting the unity of cultural values in a historical context
3   Develop an awarness of the status of art in terms of ideology
4   Become knowledgeable in the matters of science and art
5   To explore into artistic creativity by focusing on the problems of contemporary art
