Course Objective

To imrove the efficiency in maritime business, quality management tools, should be used and adapted to special circumstances of maritime industry. By this course students are lectured about general quality systems and special systems created for martime business and can evaluate both systems to imrove the understanding of maritime quality management systems and then apply their knowledge to increase efficiency in maritime corporation or institution.
