Course Objective |
The course will provide students the tools to measure the work content in, and design, jobs, tasks, workstations, work environment, and work systems. This course will teach students about the successful tools that industrial engineers use to improve operations & activities. This course will also introduce students to the various methods to obtain a time standard for a job and when each method is appropriate. Finally, an objective of this course is to show the student that motion and time study is vital for service industries as well as manufacturing |
