Course Objective |
Cultural heritage has evolved throughout the 20th century. Cultural heritage management in the context of culture and cultural heritage politics is also a newly emerging field. It addresses increasingly complex issues such as heritage management, heritage-community relations, sustainability, participation and field management. The aim of the course is to examine cultural heritage in terms of social, political, economic and cultural dimension, to introduce the international, central, local and civilian actors who have a say in management and to investigate the management processes and the place in cultural policies. In this context, academic literature on the course, which develops cultural policy and regulations of the organization's work in the world and Turkey will be discussed in detail examples. |
