Course Objective

Students are able to learn the operation principles of analog to digital(A/D) converters and digital to analog(D/A) converters. Students are able to know architectures of integrated converters and their accuracy and speed.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students are expected to learn the operation principles of various analog to digital(A/D) and digital to analog(D/A) converters.
2   Students are expected to learn architectures of integrated converters and their accuracy and speed.
3   Students are expected to search and present recent developments in the area of various types of sensors.
4   Students are expected to preapare and present a case study related to a specific type of sensor as a result of searching the studies on that subject.
5   Students are expected to prepare a technical report related to the term project
