Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide information about factors affecting consumer behaviors and to enable students to analyze marketing strategies for consumer behaviors.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to explain socio-cultural, psychological and economical factors affecting consumer behaviors
2   Students will be able to understand how perception, motivation, learning, personality, values influence consumer behaviors
3   Students will be able to analyze pre and post purchase consumer behaviors.
4   Students will be able to explain influences of consumers on marketing activities and influences of marketing activities on consumer behaviors.
