Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to gain, CNC lathe, bench work, preparation, writing and production of the program

4   To calculate CNC turning lathe cutting speed

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 Features of CNC lathe, CNC lathe machine parts, CNC lathe machine operation principles
2 Bench coordinate axes, reference points, the control panel types, the control panel keys and features
3 Relationship between the cutter and the workpiece material, cutting types, properties and uses of the tool compensation settings, tool holders and fasteners
4 Parts of the zero points, resetting properties of the elements used, reset the workpiece by the team, the team used the elements and properties setting
5 Cutting depth, angle, and advances in the process giving the team depth account roughing, clamping devices, connecting control instruments, methods of resetting the workpiece
6 CNC lathe machine programming, positioning systems, processing and preparation instructions, help commands, custom commands motion systems, CNC lathes, coordinate systems, movement patterns, types of control axes

9 Definition and importance of the simulation, simulation programs, run the program
10 Using CNC lathe programming cycles; get the turning cycle, rough turning cycle length, radius, chamfer cycle, grooving cycle
11 Using CNC lathe programming cycles; profile rough cycle, cycle space, channel, hole drilling cycle, threading cycle
12 Sub-programming technique, the lower the programming structure, CNC lathe programming using sub-program
13 Alarm options with CNC machines used in programming error codes, bench progress mode settings
14 Measurement and control
