Course Objective

The aim of this course is to gain competences related to quality management systems in business to students.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define quality, safety, standard, standardization, expressing professional standards
2   To be able to explain quality standards
3   To be able to define infrastructure of ISO 9000 quality management system
4   To be able to compare other management systems related to quality
5   To be able to sort EFQM excellence model, statistical quality control methods and other control methods
