Course Objective

The aim of this course is to equip students with the information about Labor Law, distinction between collective labor law and individual labor law, and Social Security Law. It also aims to improve the students analytical skills by discussing cases involving related legal issues.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define the basic concepts of Labor Law and Social Security Law.
2   Being able to interpret a labor contract.
3   Being able to understand the termination of labor contract and its consequences.
4   Being able to recognize the basic concepts of collective labor law and evaluate its implementations.
5   Being able to understand and analyze case studies related to social security system.
