Course Objective

This course aims to provide adequate skills and knowledge of functions related to human resources management.

1   Being able to make job analysis and job description and to define job requirements.
2   Being able to manage recruitment process and job interviews.
3   Being able to perform orientation and training.
4   Being able to implement performance appraisal system.
5   Being able to conduct job evaluation process and create wage structure.
