Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach the general principles of international procedure law and the functioning of its rules.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to explain dominant terms of international procedure law
2   Be able to differentiate international procedure law from civil procedure law
3   Be able to identify rules of international procedure law
4   Be able to implement the rules to concrete cases
5   Be able to explain the procedure about how the foreign judgments can become effective in Turkish Law
