Course Objective

The objective is to examine the characteristics of labour law procedure in procedural law in the scope of labour law regulations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to clarify the basic terms and principles of labour law procedure
2   To be able to specify the regulations of labour law procedure in terms of positive law
3   To be able to settle the disputes in the scope of judicial decisions
4   To be able to examine the critics of doctrine regarding the regulations of labour law procedure
5   To be able to offer solutions to the deficiencies arising from the legislation on labour law procedure
