Course Objective

The basic aim of this course is to teach the basic principles of the land register system and the basic principles of the cadastre law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to explain the dominating general principles in land registry system.
2   Be able to explain the methods of determining the legal position of the immovable property.
3   Be able to understand the functioning of the land office that is one of the institutions that are implementing the provisions of the Civil Code.
4   Be able to understand the results of the unlawful transactions and the control methods of the unlawful transactions.
5   Be able to have a general idea about the organization of the land registry and the organization of the cadastre.

2 The organization of the land registry -The elements of the land register
3 The Dominating Principles of the land register
4 The Goods that can be saved in the land register as immovable property
5 The aim of the cadastre-The organization that will make cadastral transactions-The determination of the cadastre work zones and the notification of the cadastre work zones
6 The determination of the owners of immovable property - The determination of the extent of the immovable property in the cadastre determination
7 The appeal against the cadastre determination and the case ways.
8 practical study
9 The correction of the land register created according to the Cadastre Code.
10 The registry transaction for immovable property
11 The cancellation transaction for immovable property-the change transaction for immovable property

14 The annotations-The expression -The correction ways of the irregular land registry.
