Course Objective

The aim of this course is a systematic presentation of a private law dispute, from taking action till the validity of verdict in terms of fundamental principles of civil procedure law and introducing of alternative dispute resolution methods

2   To learn the skills to interpret the basic concepts of civil procedure law
3   To learn the skills to determination of objects and subjects of the action in a proceeding
4   To learn the skills to practice the regulations regarding to the law of civil procedure
