Course Objective

Course objective is to introduce the concept of judicial notification. In this course, students are taught the importance of notification in terms of right to a fair trial and right to be heard before judicial bodies.
In this course, these topics will be covered: the importance of notification, notification to authorities, notification to people, place and time of notification, the notification procedures, abroad and foreigners, illegal notification.

2   Interpreting the provisions of Notification Act and related legislation
3   Defining terms of notification law
4   Applying provisions of notification law to solve the disputes
5   Differentiating judicial notification from other forms of notification
