Course Objective

This course learn anesthesia techniques. patient's sleeping, wake-up without pain, monitoring the patient's vital functions, such as anaesthetic tecniques learned. And anesthesia technicians gain experience in the operating room.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   They can apply the appropriate the psychosocial approach to patients
2   They understand and can carry out medical instructions on the preparation of anesthesia under the supervision of anesthesiologist
3   They can choose the appropriate method of anesthesia.
4   They may explain the questions of the patients abouth anesthesia.
5   They may be fit to work in coordination with the surgeon.
6   Preoperatively, they may prepare the equipment and drugs for the need of patient.
7   For unforeseen emergencies, they inform the physician anesthesia and prepare the necessary materials.
8   Be able to distinguish exceptional situations that arise during the operation.
9   Preparation of the material required for emergency situations can, and the treatment process may initiate.
10   Under the supervision of anesthesiologist, they may the sustainable or terminate the process of anesthesia.
11   They can provide to be safe and comfortable the needs of the patient for the postoperative period
12   They monitor the patient's vital functions and can make the necessary interventions in perioperative period.
13   Closely monitors the patient under anesthesia and protects the patients from the dangers of exposure to mechanical or chemical agents.
14   They can be applied appropriate fluid or blood and blood products the supervision of a physician during the surgery.
15   In the awakening process at the end of the operation, they can wake up the patient in a safe and painless.
16   After the surgery, they can monitor the functions of the patient could survive or life, and can be able to distinguish in time to inform the physician responsible for the situation.
