Course Objective

The detailed course objectives are: to learn the general information and concepts about pharmacology (such as general mechanisms of action of drugs,drug administration routes, drug-drug interraction), to have comprehensive information about drugs used in anesthesia and related drugs, drugs interact with anesthetic drugs.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to know pharmaceutics and administration routine.
2   Be able to know pharmacokinetics and mechanisms of action of drugs.
3   Be able to know factors that change the effects of drugs and drug-drug interaction
4   Be able to know autonomic nervous system-related drugs
5   Be able to know classification of drugs used in premedication, mechanism of action, unwanted effects, drug interactions
6   Be able to know classification of local anesthetic drugs, mechanism of action, unwanted effects, drug interactions.
7   Be able to know classification of general anesthetic drugs, mechanism of action,unwanted effects,drug interractions
