Course Objective


The aim of the lecture: The aim of the lecture is to manage crisis situations that may arise among the people in the field fo health and to control the anger of people in crisis situations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   They can define crisis and the phases of the crisis in human relations
2   They can describe the factors that led to the crisis and crisis management.
3   They can describe environmental events and types of response to environmental events
4   They can associate process of emotion with the anatomical structures.
5   Learns the definition and explanation of the crisis in human relations.

7   Learn about what crisis management is
8   Learn about the factors leading to the crisis
9   Learns stress and its management
