Course Objective

To introduce how to make the buildings and structures resistance against the physical environmental conditions, in the name of getting precautions for thermal effect, sound effect, water effect, vapour effect, humidity effect and fire effect through the features of the construction materials and their construction details, and also how to arrange the comfort level of a human s living conditions

1   Recognizing the physical environmental effect
2   Recognizing the insulation materials to regulate the physical environmental effect
3   Recognizing the construction principles of the insulation materials to regulate the environmental effect
4   Determining the features of the insulation materials to design an architectural space at the level of comfort
5   Recognizing the use of insulation materials in architecture and their use in construction through the built examples
