Course Objective

The aim of the course is to gain the students the ability to discuss multi-faceted problematic in archeological restoration area. The ongoing restoration Works, Preservation theory, legislation problems will be the main theme of the course.

1   Will be able to know the components of historical environment
2   Will be able to define archeological heritage and its values
3   WIll be able to gain the abiltiy of make research on Archeological heritage sites and how to exibite the architectural heritage
4   WIll be able to know the preservation methods of Archeological sites
5   will be able to define preservation values and why to preserve

1 Week 1 Introduction to course; Definition of aim, objectives and expectations.
2 Week 2 Analyzing the concept of historical environment, components of historical environment, discussing the concept of archeological heritage
3 Week3 Analyzing the concept of sites, archeological sites, historical sites, urban sites, etc.
4 Week 4 Examination of the term of Archeological Heritage The Assisgments topics will be announced
5 Week5 Documentation Methods of Archeological Heritage
6 Week6 Exibition Methods of Archeological Heritage
7 Week7 Exibition Methods of Archeological Heritage
