This is a program to prepare students at last year to career life acts in themselves, such as engineers. To provide informed about what kind of gains obtained in the industry and university during the student s education thanks to mechanical engineers

1   To have knowledge about developments in engineering approaches and expectations from young engineers in developing world
2   Raising awareness of the importance of communication skills and teamwork in industry
3   Acquiring an awareness of professional and ethical responsibility and the standards used in mechanical engineering applications
4   To have information about business management such as project management, risk management and change management, entrepreneurship, awareness about innovation, and sustainable development.
5   Awareness of the legal consequences of engineering solutions

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Collect the interest of the course, get the habit of learning out of fear of exam by inviting the engineers in the industry to mechanical engineering department. In addition, presentations are done in some topics like workplace safety, labour law, the using of time etc. Besides, if students wants to prepare a presentation they can do and share with their friends.
