Course Objective

Course objective is using thermodynamic and hydromechanics principles, engineering analysis of all kind of turbine and compressor.

4 Classifying of turbines and determine their effectiveness.
5 Velocity cascade turbines.
6 Turbine action stage and sizing it.
7 Turbine reaction stage and sizing it.
8 Midterm exam 1
9 Conventional winging.
10 General view losses in a turbines.
11 Rankine cycle in thermic turmomachines.
12 Midterm exam 2
13 Analysis of Vapour condensers
14 Studying on bleeder turbines.
