Course Objective

1 Introduction, basic definitions, description of laws.
2 Mining laws, influence and possession of government
3 Indivisibility of rights, handover and passing, mining right, permissions in mining activities
4 Encouragement in mining, announcement modus, production and shipment, fees, assurrance and fines.
5 Government rights of mines, shares, discovering, first appeal, concession search and limitations.
6 Government rights of mines, shares, discovering, first appeal, concession search and limitations.
7 Concessions, managements, permissions, transfers, activities, bids, custodies
8 Midterm exam
9 Vacation, registers, hostage, foreclosure and temporary injunction, intervention.
10 Mortgage, liability, attributions, rights, expropriation
11 General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration rights, changes.
12 Legislations of mining laws applications-I, -II
13 Permission legislations in mining activities.
14 Permission legislations in mining activities.
