Course Objective

To determine human and the geology relations; natural hazards, pollution of surface and groundwater, waste areaswater quality.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Define the relations among environment, human and geology
2   Determine the precautions before the natural hazards
3   Determine the paramaters affecting the surface and groundwater quality
4   Compare the regulations with the environmental impact assessment reports
5   Idendify the relations between renewable energy resources and the environment
6   Outline the major parameters affecting the degradation in the environment
