Course Objective

The graduation project course aims to gain the studenst experiences in conducting research and experimental studies in the fields of Environmental Engineering, to improve the abilities of students in infrastructure project design, in writing project reports and also presentation of the results.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The studenst discuss about the graduation project title title with their advisors. The methododlogy to conduct the project are decided together. Data or literature needed for the project can be provided by advisor or students can get them by carrying out self-study. Undergraduate students can also be integrated to an ongoing research project to conduct one of the work package of research project. Progress of students is monitored throughout the term by their advisors. Students report or discuss the results of projects periodically with their advisors. At the end of the term, they prepare a graduation thesis, perform an oral presentation to the juri and poster presentation which is open to all students.

Gradutaion project title of studenst is determined by bileteral agreement between student and advisor. Students prepare graduation thesis and perform a poster presentation at the end of term.
