Course Objective

From the goverment budget which is one of the main tools of public finance policy set forth the circumstances under which are accessible and what kind of purposes and as the results of the application of such policies is to evaluate the socio-economic impacts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Explain the importance of defining the concept of budget policy.
2   Should be considered in cases of economic cyclical budget policy explain in what way.
3   Indicate the importance of budgeting practices and functions of the Treasury.
4   On fiscal policy in developed and developing countries compare in terms of differences in the application.
5   To express the effects of the socio-economic aspects of budget policy.
6   Budget policy to establish the relationship between development plans.
