Course Objective

To analyze public goods and services and to evaluate the change in public goods and services in relation to the new role of government in the economy.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to indicate the features of public goods and services (1,3,9,10).
2   Be able to classify public goods and services from different perspectives (1,3,9,10).
3   Be able to discuss the changes in the providing and financing of public services (1,3,5,7,8,9,10).
4   Be able to comment the effects of providing of public goods and services from private sector(1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10).
5   Be able to explain the new techniques about efficiency in public services (1,4,6,11) .
