Course Objective

To evaluate fiscal discipline and fiscal rule concepts and to analyze fiscal rules practices.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to define rule and institution concepts (1,3,9,10).
2   Be able to comment the importance of fiscal rules (1,3,9,10).
3   Be able to explain constitutional tax policies (1,3,5,7,8,9,10).
4   Be able to comment the effects of fiscal rules (1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10).
5   Be able to explain fiscal rules practices in EU (1,3,5,7,8,9,10).
