Course Objective

Investigating the effects of fiscal stability policy implemantations determined by specific targets in terms of fighting the crisises emerging in the World and Turkey.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Defining the concepts of economic stability and financial stability and explaining the differences between them
2   Associating stability policies with the objectives of fiscal policy
3   Examining basic objectives and instruments of the financial stability policy and explaining the conflicts between them
4   Explaining financial stabilization policies in accordance with basic economic approaches
5   Analyzing financial stability policies associated with resource allocation, economic stability, economic development and distribution of income
6   Analyzing financial stability policy practices in developed and developing countries
7   Explaining Turkey's financial stability policies in historical process and associating their results with the globalization process
