Course Objective

This course aims to close the knowledge gap regarding the protection of intellectual products and ideas products, which is protected by legal arrangements in which the product idea and the idea is to provide information about how to behave when the product owners

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Explain the concept and types of intellectual property,
2   Understant the basic concepts in IP
3   Have a general knowledge of the legal regulations,
4   To have a general konwledge about the IP
5   Author varieties and understand the concepts of author
6   To understant the ways other than the protection of works
7   To understand trademark and patent issues
8   To understant the issue of utility models, designs, trade marks and geographical indications issues and knowledgeable, trade secrets and know-how
