Course Objective

Teaching the contemporary management science and techniques, and their implementation in business life consequently prepare students to working life; giving them necessary information in corporate governance environment in everchanging and progressing modern approaches by doing so having them apply these effectively in business.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students who take this class are knowledgeable in principal and new management approaches and teach theories and implementation of management.
2   Student furnished information in management and decision making so they will get skills in right decision making.
3   Student knows the fundamental principles of business life plan, planning and strategic planning with samples in real life.
4   Student kmows the contemporary trend of business life of multinational corporations and their working principles and prepared to working environment of global institutions
5   Knows the organization, Communications, and motivation skills and have to use them in business and daily life.
6   Learned the aspects of being a manager and leader.
