Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with the specific areas of Turkish Labour Law, its insruments and the way in which standards are laid down in national regal systems. Furthermore, some of the major topics and provisions of Labour Act of Turkey will be the subject of teaching and discussion. Such as working conditions, the working environment, healt and safety at work , equal treatment between man and woman workers and the labour contact.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Aftre the course, a student should be able to: Examine consept pf the Employer end the Employee by the help of the Court Jugement.
2   Illustrate and describe major topics of Turkish Labour Law
3   Explain and critique various types of court verdicts related to Turkish Labour Law.
4   Understand the importance of equal treatment between women and man in work life.
5   Discuss the factors that can change the working conditions in a Law System.
