Course Objective

Analysing; acquiring the knowledge on different stategical approches; acquiring the ability on stategical thinking, planning and programming which are important both on public and private sector for the administers.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define the essence of efficeny and sustainability in public sector and private sector administration services
2   Being able to teach the stages through stategic planning
3   Being able to analyse both public and business entreprises corporate structure with each other and their partners, based on the examples
4   Being able to acquire making stategical plans and projects
5   To be ready to integrate strategic planning to work life
