Course Objective |
Objectives of this course are to perform topics such as the description of nanotechnology, historical perspective, nanomaterials, solid-state science, conducting, semiconducting and dielectric properties of nanomaterials, methods of measured properties, and project works by making interdisiplanary groups. |
