Course Objective

To provide information use in practice about Individual, collective bargaining and the public with basic concepts in the field of labor law, workers, apprentices and trainees, employers, employers' representatives, subcontractors, business and enterprise, the termination compensation, labor unions, collective bargaining, strikes, lock-outs, the International Labour Organization Concepts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to realize the terms of employers and employees with the event concrete solutions
2   Being able to analyze judicial decisions concerning the rights and obligations owned in working life as an employer and employee
3   Being able to analyze for all types of litigation and compensation arising from labor law event solutions
4   Being able to analyze the disputes that may arise within the scope of collective labor relations on the basis of the samples
5   Being able to associate the application with information about the workers in the public sector

1 Resolve event analysis about the concepts of employer, employee, or agent of employer, apprentice, business
2 Resolve event analysis about the concept of employment contract and types of employment contract
3 Resolve event analysis about the differential characteristics of employment contracts from contract agreement and mandatum agreement
4 Resolve event analysis about the Judicial decisions concerning the rights and liabilities of the employee
5 Resolve event analysis about the Judicial decisions concerning the rights and liabilities of the employer
6 Resolve event analysis about the working hours, compensatory work, search the rest, night work, paid annual leave, preparing to complete cleaning jobs
7 Resolve event analysis about the the concept of overtime work, the employee and the employer's obligations, the concept of wage and salary systems

10 Resolve event analysis about the unions, the characteristics of Turkish labor unionism, founder of a union
11 Resolve event analysis about the the bodies of the trade unions, income, trade union membership, expiration of trade unions
12 Resolve event analysis about the concept of collective bargaining agreement, conduct the procedure of collective bargaining agreements
13 Resolve event analysis about the peaceful settlement: mediation and arbitration
14 Resolve event analysis about the concept of a strike, the strike elements of the legal strike rating, bans strikes, lock-outs concept, elements of legal lockout
