Course Objective

The aim of this course that to explaining and discussing the concepts, theories and policies of national income, distribution and redistribution which are the basic indicators of the macro economy.

1   .To recognize the basic macro-economic concepts and indicators (1)
2   To evaluate the basic elements of economic growth and development (1)
3   To recognize the relations between national income and other macro-economic variables (1)
4   To define economic, social and political factors which is affects income distribution and policies to abolish inequality (1, 2,12)
5   To discuss developments and issues related to growth and income distribution in the world and in Turkey (1,2,12)
