Course Objective

The aim of course is explaining general definitions and concepts of business and business administration, possessing information about business functions and introducing fundamental business functions.

1   Being able to define fundamental concepts about business science.
2   Being able to classify businesses.
3   Being able to determine managerial and structural components required to establish an effective business.
4   Being able to distinguish between business and management functions.
5   Being able to define fundamental business functions (management, production, marketing, finance)

5 Business functions, management function, conceptual explanations
6 Development of management philosophy and management functions
7 Production function, conceptual explanations, production systems and management
