Course Objective |
ntroducing the objectives of the development and changes that enhance the effectiveness of organizational and managerial components within and outside of the organization, introducing strategies and the techniques that pathways to changes in the objectives of the organization and development management for the success of a typical change strategy to use in problem solving, organizational and executive development and intervention. |

Course Policies and Rules |
Rules related to midterm and final exams are: Questions are not general but specific,case study analyses should be made by using of proper terminology. Following points will be considered on this matter. Ability to use terminology properly, degree of consistency between cause and effect relationships of concepts. The solution to the problems should be well grounded, scientific, logical and convincing. Readings related to the course and having a grasp of the topics are important. |
