Course Objective

To cause students to earn skills and information about management by explaining theorical and applicable information about Business Management topics.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Defining the basic terms about business administration and management.
2   Explaining managements basic functions (planning, organizing, directing (motivation, leadership, discipline), coordinating, controlling and creativity) in detailed.
3   Interpreting the events accured in the organization using management functions.
4   Using management skills in order to solve management problems.
5   Analizing decision making and communication processes which causes connections between management functions.
