Course Objective |
Objective of this course is to state that commercial relations mainly developed by commercial enterprises and their owners as natural or corporate persons are set forth by legal regulations. To raise awareness of necessity of authentic interpretation and understanding correctly of legal regulations those are based on and generated by legal knowledge. Attendants are expected to acquire ability at least to take precautions or to apply the authentic interpretation of legal regulations in settling actual or fictional conflicts. |
