Course Objective

Explaining the importance of money in the economyand explaining economics schools aspectsof regarding to money. Evaluating monetary events and developments, evaluating effects and consequences of monetarry development

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to explain why people demands money and to be able to explain role of monetary and importance of monetary in the economy
2   To be able to explain that the different schools of economic has different aspect about money
3   To be able to explain deterministics of monetary demand
4   To be able to expose importance of money demand stability
5   To be able to explain monetary policy theory
6   To be eble to explain main factors of monetary policy applied in Turkey
7   To be able to evaluate main objectives of Central Bank
8   To be able to discuss effects of globalization on monetary policy
