Course Objective

This course covers explaining the structure of Turkish economy and evaluating fundamental discussions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to analyze Turkish economy cyclically.
2   To be able to distinguish cyclical differences in Turkish economy.
3   To be able to evaluate Turkish economy by considering national and international developments.
4   To be able to discuss transformation after 1980 in Turkey in terms of its causes and consequences.
5   To be able to analyze Turkish economy in a sectoral level and distinguish forward and backward links among sectors.
6   To be able to evaluate actual discussions about Turkish economy.
