Course Objective |
This course provides students a broader understanding of corporate and personnel affairs of retail Industry and enables them to theoretically apply all the steps included in running a store. The strategic management of store business, and personnel resources in retail businesses is examined by different perspectives. It is also aimed to demonstrate an understanding of necessary leadership skills in retail business. |
